In 2025 I will be working on adding online, cookie decorating classes.
They will have a one-time fee and you will have access to your purchase indefinitely. Saving to your personal storage is highly recommended.
These will be geared towards those who have never decorated cookies before, or have had minimal experience with royal icing decorating. Check back frequently to see what's new.

Are you struggling with your flooding? Is it falling off the edges of your cookies or too thick to move around?
We will review the different consistencies needed to flood a cookie to perfection.

In this class you will make your own batch of icing and receive the icing recipe I use for all my orders. We will also review icing consistencies and bagging your icing.

DIY Valentine kit walk-through

This class will come with a full DIY kit so you will have all the cookies and icing premade for you. Currently this will be for local pick up only in Thornton Colorado. Once purchased, you will have your kit available to pick up in 24 hours or other agreed upon time. In addition you will receive a link to access the online class that will take you step by step decorating each design, just as if you were in an in person class. You can order multiple kits and get your friends together for a decorating party at your house!
